Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All purchases made on the GIGABOOST.AI platform are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, including the Institutional (Annual and Quarterly) and Enterprise plans. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable.
2. Free Access
We offer free access to GIGABOOST.AI that includes 5 high-fit investor matches, 1 AI deck review, and access to financial modeling and valuation tools. No credit card is required. Free users can earn additional investor matches by connecting their email (+2 investor matches) or importing their LinkedIn connections (+3 investor matches). Free access is yours to keep and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at the address below. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination.
5. Service Interruptions
In the event of a significant, prolonged service interruption caused solely by GIGABOOST.AI (not third-party services or scheduled maintenance), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit toward future billing. Service credits are not cash refunds and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan terms, including any custom refund or cancellation provisions, are governed by the individual agreement between you and GIGABOOST.AI. Please refer to your Enterprise agreement for specific terms.
