Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the GIGABOOST.AI platform (the "Service") operated by G Capital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. This AUP is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is intended for legitimate business purposes related to fundraising, investor relations, and capital raising activities. Permitted uses include:

• Uploading pitch decks for AI-powered analysis and review
• Using AI investor targeting to identify relevant investment partners
• Generating and sending personalized outreach to prospective investors
• Creating financial projections, valuations, and fundraising strategies
• Managing your investor pipeline and tracking deal progress
• Using calculators for burn rate, runway, and ROI analysis

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service for any of the following activities:

3.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending bulk unsolicited emails or messages to investors
• Using the platform to send communications unrelated to legitimate fundraising
• Circumventing rate limits or usage restrictions to send mass outreach
• Using false or misleading sender information in email communications
• Failing to include required opt-out mechanisms in commercial emails

3.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Uploading falsified or misleading pitch deck materials
• Providing inaccurate company information during onboarding
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Misrepresenting the nature of your business or fundraising activities
• Using the Service to facilitate securities fraud or other financial crimes

3.3 Data Abuse

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading investor data from the platform
• Building competing databases using data obtained from the Service
• Selling, licensing, or redistributing investor contact information
• Using investor data for purposes unrelated to legitimate fundraising
• Attempting to access data belonging to other users

3.4 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or access controls
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfering with the Service's infrastructure or performance
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities (report them to us instead)

3.5 Harmful Content

• Uploading content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Using the Service to promote violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Sharing sensitive personal information about third parties without consent

4. Email Outreach Guidelines

When using the email outreach features of the Service, you must:

• Only contact investors who are relevant to your fundraising activities
• Use your own authentic identity and company information
• Include accurate subject lines that reflect the content of your email
• Respect investor preferences and promptly honor opt-out requests
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws in the recipient's jurisdiction
• Limit outreach volume to reasonable levels appropriate for genuine business development
• Not use the Service to send promotional content unrelated to investment opportunities

5. LinkedIn Outreach Guidelines

When using AI-generated LinkedIn content:

• Review and personalize all AI-generated content before posting
• Use LinkedIn comments and messages for genuine engagement, not spam
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Do not use automated tools to post AI-generated content at scale
• Ensure all outreach is relevant and adds value to the conversation

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your account credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized individuals. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organization, unless you are on an Enterprise plan with team seats.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately. We take reports seriously and will investigate all credible claims of policy violations. You can report violations by contacting us at the address below.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to enforce this AUP at our sole discretion. Violations may result in:

• Warning notifications
• Temporary suspension of specific features
• Temporary suspension of your entire account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of violations before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

9. Fair Use

Usage limits are set per subscription tier to ensure fair access for all users. We monitor usage patterns to detect potential abuse. If we determine that your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns or negatively impacts the Service for other users, we may temporarily restrict your access and contact you to discuss appropriate usage or an upgrade to a higher tier.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
